  • Infrastructure Architecture: Single-handedly architected and provisioned a full-scale on-premise data center at CtrlS (Hyderabad) from bare metal, encompassing DELL servers, Hyper-V virtualization, and OS configuration.
  • Platform Modernization: Spearheaded the application delivery transformation from Windows IIS to Docker and Kubernetes (Linux-based) ecosystems, cutting release cycle times by ~60%.
  • Network & Edge Security: Engineered end-to-end enterprise network topology using Fortigate 200F/G firewalls (SD-WAN, IPSec VPN, IPv4 policies) and Cisco switches (VLAN routing). Managed Cloudflare WAF, DNS, CDN proxying, and SSL/TLS edge certificates.

  • GitHub Enterprise & GitOps: Led the migration to GitHub Enterprise and architected a proprietary Label-Driven GitOps topology (Main ← Release ← Feature), eliminating manual deployments and cherry-picking.
  • Monorepo Versioning & Image Promotion: Managed a Lerna (v8) monorepo across /packages. Automated semver bumping (npm version minor on release, patch on hotfix) via GitHub Actions. Docker images tagged by package version on ECR and re-tagged per environment (sit → uat → staging → prod) for rolling ECS deployments.
  • Full-Stack Ephemeral Environments (FBE): Engineered PR-triggered FBEs via GitHub Actions, dynamically provisioning full AWS resource sets (ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS) upon fbe label assignment. Built a scheduled Friday-night teardown job to auto-destroy all FBEs, eliminating weekend cloud spend and orphaned environments from stale tickets.
  • Automated Prod & ITSM: Automated Staging and Production deployments via label triggers. Built programmatic ServiceNow integrations to auto-create, track, and close Change Requests (CR) tied to post-deployment E2E tests.
  • GenAI-Driven DevSecOps: Integrated Trivy/Grype for container CVE scanning, leveraging GenAI to automatically suggest remediations directly as PR comments. Deployed bucketAV (ClamAV) for distributed S3 antivirus protection.
  • AWS Cloud Engineering: Automated complex multi-service architectures encompassing ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, SNS/SQS, and Route53 utilizing Terraform (IaC). Managed strict IAM roles, Secrets Manager, and VPC security groups.
